Ms. Seng Lida, is a 27 years old member of district councilor of Au Rang Au district, Tbong Khmom province. Au Rang Au district has 19 members, 6 of which are females. Ms. Lida lives in Kbal Toeuk village, Prash Theat commune, Au Rang Au district. In her 3rd mandate of district councilors, she is the youngest member and is fully committed to helping women and children in the target district by raising women’s issues to add on the agenda of events and meetings.
Mr. Teun LaingKhun, 61, of the Kreong ethnic minority, is Commune Chief in Teun Commune, Koun Moum district. He said that Teun Commune has collaborated in implementing the I-SAF project from January 2016 with the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development (NCDD) and from June 2016 with the Coalition for Integrity and Social Accountability (CISA). In July 2016, 20 year-old SreyMom - from the village Ta Heuy in the Teun commune, Koun Moum district - was selected for the position as Community Accountability Facilitator (CAF), having applied through CISA's Implementation of Social Accountability Project (I-SAF). SreyMom is of Kreong ethnicity and currently studying at Grade 11, with a passionate interest in social work.
